Certified Veterinary Technician
Christina has been in the veterinary field since 2006, which is when she started her career as a veterinary assistant. She became a certified veterinary technician in 2011. Prior to working in the veterinary field, Christina worked at a dog grooming facility.
Christina has always had a tremendous love for animals of all sizes. She shares her life with six cats, a retired racing greyhound, and Belgian malinois. Her special interests include feline medicine, nutrition, behavior, holistic or alternative medicine, and breed-specific predispositions.
Christina currently teaches veterinary assisting to high school students, but her passion for veterinary medicine means that she continues to work in the field. Because of her teaching commitments, she will be working with the Compassionate Animal Care team in the evenings and on Saturdays.
