COVID-19 – Latest Update 3/23/2020

We are still available to help your pets! Read our new protocols below

Due to daily changes in recommendations, we at Compassionate Animal Care are doing our best to follow CDC and AVMA guidelines, and to do our part to reduce the spread of Covid-19. As the situation changes daily, please watch for updates or call the clinic at 480.774.6995.

AS OF MARCH 23, 2020 – We are still open BUT we are not allowing clients into the clinic. We are limiting exposure of clients and staff to common areas such as reception and exam rooms. We are also temporarily suspending all elective surgeries (spays, neuters, dentals) as well as annual vaccine exams until further notice.

For sick, injured, or chronic illness pets that need care we will still be able to see you, but please be aware of the following:

WHEN YOU COME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL FROM YOUR CAR, WE WILL COME OUT TO GET YOUR PET WEARING OUR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, WE WILL TAKE YOUR PET INTO THE CLINIC, DO OUR EXAM, AND CALL YOU TO DISCUSS OUR FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDED TREATMENT. WE WILL THEN PERFORM THE NECESSARY DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENTS, AND BRING YOUR PET BACK TO YOU. WE WILL TAKE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AS WELL.

We will still be doing house calls, but please realize that we are more booked than usual and if you have an emergency that cannot wait, please take your pet to the emergency clinic immediately!

We appreciate your patience in these strange times; we will continue to provide the best care possible for your pet while maintaining the safety of our staff and clients during this pandemic.

As always, if you have any questions, contact us online or call Compassionate Animal Care at 480.774.6995.
