The world has changed; as consumers we now demand different ways to purchase the goods & services we need in our lives. At the top of our wish list is convenience. We all look for it; ordering groceries online so we don’t have to go to the market; booking a mobile mechanic so we don’t have time to take our cars to the shop. We want flexibility and choice in everything – including how are animals receive veterinary services.
That’s why we now offer two ways to access our veterinary services in the East Valley. We have set up our services to mirror the way we live today; so what are the benefits of having a vet who can say…
Your Place or Mine?
We are all busy. Having both mobile vet & clinic appointments available gives our customers the flexibility to schedule not only the “when” but also the “where” for their vet appointments.
We have clinic appointments available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and certain Saturdays. Mobile in-home vet appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Saturdays. The clinic is also open on Tuesdays/Thursdays (for vet tech appointments) when the doctor is making house calls. Our clinic is located in Queen Creek, and we offer mobile vet services in Queen Creek, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, San Tan Valley and beyond.
There’s No Place Like Home!
The flexibility of in-home vet appointments is valuable for customers with multiple pets, or for those who work from home and need to remain connected. In-home vet care is also perfect for pets that don’t travel well, are dog aggressive, get anxious around other animals, or just don’t do well in vet clinics. The comfort of your own home is a low stress environment…and that helps everyone’s (pet, owner & vet!) blood pressure stay low!
In-Home Veterinary Services – A Perfect Option for Senior & Disabled Pets
Improved veterinary care and pharmaceutical research means our pets are living longer and can survive accidents that may have led to euthanasia in the past. What’s more, as an animal loving nation, more of us are choosing to rescue senior animals or pets with disabilities. It can be hard to get a large senior dog with arthritis in your car – that’s a real benefit of in-home vet care. Taking out the travel time of getting to a clinic also makes life easier for many.
Modern Fully Equipped Vet Clinic
Of course there are certain things we can’t do in your home – surgery, dentistry, x-rays, or certain procedures for example. There are also people who prefer to bring their animals to us. That’s why we are delighted to have opened our vet clinic in Queen Creek this year. Our vet office offers a full range of wellness, surgical and outpatient veterinary services for your pets.
Access to our own in-house blood machines helps us diagnose illnesses, and having our own surgical suite means quicker access for critical surgeries, dental extractions, and important outpatient procedures.
It’s Not “Either…Or”
If we cannot make a suitable appointment for an in-home visit, then we can see your pet in the clinic or vice-versa. That’s flexibility. Dr. Schelle has been a mobile vet in the East Valley for several years. If her mobile patients come in to our clinic for a visit, they will see the same doctor and staff. Whether you choose to make your appointments at the clinic, at home, or a combination of the two depending on your schedule, your pet will get continuity of care.
